RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH TALLGRASS
HISTORIANS L. C. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
= BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated January 12, 2009, at a cost of
$11, 672 . 00, for architectural and historic review of the
Chamberlain Manufacturing site, by and between Tallgrass
Historians L. C. of Iowa City, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
.Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa .
