o n n BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Assistance Agreement Notice dated January 12, 2009, for
( ' a one-year extension to the Waterloo Brownfields Hazardous
Assessment Grant, by and between the U. S . Environmental
.Protection Agency and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
