RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
s COST, ETC. , FOR THE PURCHASE OF 2009 GOLF
-' r TURF EQUIPMENT.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Services Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
Purchase of 2009 Golf Turf Equipment, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
oc • WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
_ cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
- considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
;land preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
-thereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 2009.
