RESOLUTION NO. 2009-26
o h-to RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GENERAL
o OBLIGATION BOND DEMOLITION PROJECT, CONTRACT
NO. 162-D-GO-01-20-09 .
o
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Contracts and Grants Coordinator of
said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the General Obligation Bond Demolition
Project, Contract No. 162-D-GO-01-20-09, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Contracts and Grants Coordinator did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
the General Obligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 162-
D-GO-0l-20-09, which were preliminarily approved on December 22 ,
2008 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January 20,
2009, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the General Obligation Bond Demolition
Project, Contract No. 162-D-GO-01-20-09, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 2009 .
