RESOLUTION NO. 2009-29
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH DAN CORBIN, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the agreement dated January 20, 2009, at
a cost of $4 , 181 . 00, for additional testing of the Digital
Terrain Model, by and between Dan Corbin, Inc . of Cedar Falls,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 2009 .
