ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED

-- -, WHEREAS, Logan Construction Company, Inc . of Metamora,
Illinois, has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
furnished certain materials and performed labor at a total cost
of $126, 700 . 00 in connection with the Replacement of T-Hangar
Doors at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
