RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.

o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated January 20, 2009,
at an estimated cost of $19, 500 . 00 , for design and construction
inspection services for a Pedestrian Access Plan to provide
pedestrian access from Exceptional Persons Institution located in
the North Star Building on the north side of University Avenue,
east of Greenhill Road, by and between AECOM Technical Services,
Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
