ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 64 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 63, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Sixty-four (64).
"64.
Lots 5 & 6, Block 11, Blower's Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District to "C -Z" Conditional Zoning, as above
described, subject to the following conditions:
1. There will be only one (1) operator for the beauty shop.
2. There will be no more than three (3) customers at any
time.
3. The shop will not be open after 9:00 p.m. at any time
during the week."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
