AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EAST -WEST ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF ROCK ISLAND AVENUE,
BETWEEN FLETCHER AND VAUGHN AVENUES IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The east -west alley in Block 25, Westfield Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, adjoining Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
8, 9 and 10, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
