AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (60) SAN MARNAN DRIVE OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN
CERTAIN AREAS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (60) SAN MARNAN DRIVE OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN
CERTAIN AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (60) San Marnan Drive of Section 541, Increasing
Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection (60) San Marnan
Drive of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, is
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(60) San Marnan Drive -
from West Fourth Street to Hammond Avenue
from Hammond Avenue to Texas Street
