AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SOUTHERLY 1/2 OF W.
20TH STREET AND THE ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN W.
20TH STREET AND W. 21ST STREET IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
All of the right-of-way known as West 20th Street, lying
Southwesterly of a line drawn from the Northeast corner of Lot
27 to the Northwest corner of Lot 21, Kenwood Park Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
and also,
All of the alley lying between Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, Kenwood Park Addition, and
Southwesterly of the Southwesterly line of Jefferson Street,
Waterloo, with the city's retention of a permanent easement
over, under and above the above described parcels, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
