AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (119) SHERIDAN ROAD OF
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (119) SHERIDAN
ROAD OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS;
AND BY ALSO ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (4a)
BERKSHIRE ROAD AND SHERIDAN ROAD TO SECTION
544, ALL -WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (119) Sheridan Road of Section 543, Thru Streets,
of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that
a new Subsection (119) Sheridan Road of Section 543, Thru Streets,
of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
(119) Sheridan Road West Fourth Street to Ridgeway Avenue,
except for a 4 -way stop at Berkshire Road
That a new Subsection (4a) Bershire Road and Sheridan Road is
hereby added to Section 544, All -Way Stop Intersections, of the
1991 Traffic Code as follows:
(4a) Berkshire Road and Sheridan Road
