AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (57) EDWARDS STREET AND
LOGAN AVENUE OF SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO
OFFICIAL TRAFFIC -CONTROL DEVICES; AND BY
ADDING SUBSECTIONS (33a) BROOKERIDGE DRIVE AND
KIMBALL AVENUE, (118a) HAWKEYE ROAD AND ORANGE
ROAD, (125a) I-380 (NORTHBOUND RAMP) AND SAN
MARNAN DRIVE, AND (170a) SERGEANT ROAD AND W.
THIRD STREET TO SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO
OFFICIAL TRAFFIC -CONTROL DEVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (57) Edwards Street and Logan Avenue of Section
540, Obedience to Official Traffic -Control Devices, of the 1991
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new
Subsections (33a) Brookeridge Drive and Kimball Avenue, (118a) San
Marnan Drive, and (170a) Sergeant Road and W. Third Street, are
hereby added to Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic -Control
Devices, of the 1991 Traffic Code, as follows:
(33a) Brookeridge Drive and Kimball Avenue
(118a) Hawkeye Road and Orange Road
(125a) I-380 (Northbound Ramp) and San Marnan Drive
(170a) Sergeant Road and W. Third Street
