ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 65 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 64, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Sixty-five (65).
"65.
Lot 6, Block 6 and part of the vacated alley adjoining, all in
Hagerman Place, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-1" Commercial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C -Z" Conditional
Zoning subject to the following conditions:
1. Dedication of an easement over the vacated alley to the
rear of the building for access to Evergreen Avenue.
2. Screening of the parking lot in the rear by a solid fence
at least 6 feet high.
3. Lighting for parking lot to reflect away from adjoining
residences.
4. No outside storage or display.

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
