ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 289 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 288, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Eighty-nine
(289).
"289.
The East One Hundred Sixty-four (164) feet of the West Six
Hundred Fifty-one (651) feet of the North Six (6) rods of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Two (2) ,
Township Eighty-eight (88) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of
the Fifth P.M; and
The East One Hundred Sixty-four (164) feet of the West Nine
Hundred Seventy -Nine (979) feet of the North Six (6) Rods of
the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Two
(2), Township Eighty-eight (88) North, Range Thirteen (13)
West of the Fifth P.M.; and
The East One Hundred Sixty -Four (164) feet of the West Eight
Hundred Fifteen (815) feet of the North Six (6) rods of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Two (2),
Township Eighty-eight (88) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of
the Fifth P.M., in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple
Family Residence District to "C-2" Commercial District, as above
described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
