HomeMy WebLinkAbout4104-07/10/1995ORDINANCE NO. 4104 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 288 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 287, of said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Eighty-eight (288). "288. All of Lots 13, 14 and 15, also those portions of vacated Camelot Drive, and Lots 16, 23, 24, 25 and 26 lying West of Flammang Drive, and lying East of a line which is parallel with and forty-five (45) feet normally distant and westerly of the East line of said Lot 16 and lying North of a line which is parallel with and five hundred (500) feet normally distant Northwesterly of the Northwesterly line of San Marnan Drive (former Iowa Highway No. 412) , all in Richland Park, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple Family Residence District to "C-2" Commercial District as above described." Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
