AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (212) LEAVITT STREET AND
(336) ST. FRANCIS DRIVE OF SECTION 551,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW
SUBSECTIONS (212) LEAVITT STREET AND (336) ST.
FRANCIS DRIVE OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsections (212) Leavitt Street and (336) St. Francis Drive
of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets,
of the 1991 Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their entirety;
that new Subsections (212) Leavitt Street and (336) St. Francis
Drive of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain
Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, are hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows:
(212) Leavitt Street Northeast side from Hammond Avenue to
West Ninth Street; both sides from West
Ninth Street to West Eighth Street
(336) St. Francis Dr. East and northeast sides from W. 9th
Street to Wildwood; west and southwest
side from W. 9th Street to San Marnan
Drive
