:AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1993 CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (d) OF SECTION 252-4,
PROHIBITED ACTS, OF CHAPTER 252, NOISE
CONTROL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (d) of Section 252-4, Prohibited Acts, of Chapter
252, Noise Control, of the 1993 Code of Ordinances of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
