AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EAST END OF THE
ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN JEFFERSON
STREET AND VACATED BLUFF STREET, EASTERLY OF
WEST FIFTEENTH STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of the alley southwesterly of and adjacent to Lot
3, Bueghley's Plat of Outlots, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of an easement over, under and above the described parcel.
