AN ORDINANCE REDUCING A PORTION OF THE 30 FOOT
PLATTED BUILDING LINE GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF MEADOW LANE IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building line:
The easterly twenty-two (22) feet of the 30 foot platted
building line on the southerly side of Lot 14, Hilltop Place
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby reduced to 25 feet.
