AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EAST -
WEST ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN 1208 AND
1216 LOGAN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of the east -west alley southerly of and adjacent
to Lot 8, Block 8, Gates Park Place, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of an easement over, under and above the described parcel.
