ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 68 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 67, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Sixty-eight (68).
"68.
Lot No. Three (3) and the East Twenty (20) feet of Lot No. Two
(2), in Bisdorf's Subdivision of Lot Three (3) and School Lot
in Block One (1) of "Burnside" in Waterloo, Iowa; and
All that part of Lots Nos. One (1) and Two (2) in Block No.
One (1) lying Southwesterly of a line Fifty (50) feet normally
distant southwesterly from and parallel to the center line of
Primary Road No. U.S. 20 as now established in "Burnside" in
Waterloo, Iowa; and
That part of the vacated North-South alley lying West of and
adjacent to Lot No. One (1) in Block No. One (1) in "Burnside"
in Waterloo, Iowa, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2", One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C -Z", Conditional Zoning as above described, subject to the
following conditions:
1. There will be only one (1) operator.
2. No more than one (1) customer at any time.
3. The shop shall not be open after 9:00 p.m. anytime during
the week."
