AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (19) ELEVENTH STREET OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN
CERTAIN AREAS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (19) ELEVENTH STREET OF SECTION
541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS;
AND ALSO BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (394a) W.
WASHINGTON TO SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (19) Eleventh Street of Section 541, Increasing
Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection (19) Eleventh
Street of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of
the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
(19) Eleventh Street -
from Franklin Street to 200 feet north of Easton
from 200 feet north of Easton to Ridgeway Avenue
30 mph
25 mph
That a new Subsection (394a) W. Washington is hereby added to
Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets, of
the 1991 Traffic Code, as follows:
(394a) W. Washington Both sides from Highway 63 to the
westerly corporate limits
