RESOLUTION NO. 2009-36
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH WALGREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated January 20, 2009, for
construction of a 14 , 736 square foot pharmacy building generally
located on the southeast corner of Donald Street and Highway 63 ,
with $1 . 5 million value and tax rebates for six years at 100
percent, by and between the Walgreen Company and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 2009 .
