RESOLUTION NO. 2009-38
RESOLUTION DEDICATING LAND GENERALLY LOCATED
ALONG RIDGEWAY AVENUE AND MARTIN ROAD FOR
RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2004-218 IN ITS
ENTIRETY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the land generally located along Ridgeway Avenue and
Martin Road, legally described as follows :
A part of the Southwest 1/ of Section 33-89-13,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows :
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest 1I;
thence North 00°00' 00" East along the West line of said
Southwest 1/ a distance of 233 . 00 feet; thence North
90°00' 00" East a distance of 25 . 00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence North 00°00' 00" East a distance of
100 . 00 feet; thence North 90°00' 00" East a distance of
15 . 00 feet; thence South 00°00' 00" West a distance of
100 . 00 feet; thence South 90°00' 00" West a distance of
15 . 00 feet to the point of beginning.
The West line of the Southwest 1/ of Section 33-89-13 is
assumed to bear North 00°00' 00" East, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2004-218 be, and
the same, hereby rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 2009 .
