RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
~' COMMUNITY ATTRACTION AND TOURISM (CAT) GRANT

s . ^ WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the Community Attraction and Tourism (CAT)
grant dated January 20, 2009, to extend the completion date to
November 30, 2009 for the Expo Grounds and Public Market
Building, by and between Iowa Department of Economic Development
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
