H c%,C CHARITIES TO HOLD THE ANNUAL PEREGRINE

D ,--, 2) WHEREAS, Peregrine Charities has made written application to
• 7-the City Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to
A hold the Annual Peregrine Charities Triathlon on September 27,
- 2009, and
WHEREAS, said Triathlon will begin at 7 : 30 a.m. , to include
`a one mile swim in George Wyth Lake, 22 mile bike ride in
Waterloo, Cedar Falls and Black Hawk County and six mile run in
George Wyth Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
:WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to Peregrine
-- Charities to hold the Annual Peregrine Charities Triathlon on
September 27, 2009 with said Triathlon to begin at 7 : 30 a.m. , to
include a one mile swim in George Wyth Lake, 22 mile bike ride in
Waterloo, Cedar Falls and Black Hawk County and six mile run in
George Wyth Park.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 2009 .
