'7' " WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the Installation of
Chiller Plant and Upgrade of Existing Air Handling Units at
Waterloo Center For The Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Installation of Chiller Plant and Upgrade
of Existing Air Handling Units at Waterloo Center For The Arts,
which were preliminarily approved on December 22 , 2008 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January 26,
2009, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Installation of Chiller Plant and Upgrade
of Existing Air Handling Units at Waterloo Center For The Arts,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 2009 .
