RESOLUTION NO. 2009-46
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
- INSTALLATION OF CHILLER PLANT AND UPGRADE OF
o EXISTING AIR HANDLING UNITS AT WATERLOO
CENTER FOR THE ARTS .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-45, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc . , for the Installation of Chiller Plant and
Upgrade of Existing Air Handling Units at Waterloo Center For The
Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
c, adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 2009 .
