BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Stickfort Construction Corp. ,
- of $49, 425 . 00, for the General g ation o Dethmolition lamount

Project, Contract No. 162-D-GO-01-200091 described Bond in the plans
and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
