GOVERNMENT (CLG) 2008 ANNUAL REPORT TO BE
FILED WITH THE STATE HISTORICAL PRESERVATION
s y OFFICE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID REPORT
s ¢ BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Iowa Certified Local Government (CLG) 2008 Annual
Report of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to be filed with the State
Historical Preservation Office, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 2009 .
