LAND, INC. DBA BROWN BOTTLE-WATERLOO, 209
WEST 5TH STREET, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated January 26, 2009, for Jumpstart Small
Business Assistance Program in the amount of $7, 500 . 00, by and
between Gur-Land, Inc . dba Brown Bottle-Waterloo, 209 West 5th
Street, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
