BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated January 26, 2009, for Jumpstart Small
Business Assistance Program in the amount of $6 , 250 . 00 , by and
between Karma Bar LLC, 309 West 4th Street, and the City of
a Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
ro and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
