c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
_ that the Memorandum of Understanding dated January 26, 2009, as
cG partners for Enhanced Training and Services To End Violence
Against and Abuse of Women Later In Life Program grant, by and
between Seeds of Hope, Hawkeye Valley Area Agency on Aging and
the Black Hawk County Attorney and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Police Chief authorized
'- to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
