RESOLUTION NO. 2009-60
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated January 26 , 2009, to use City Hall first
floor lobby in case of inclement weather during courthouse
evacuation due to fire or bomb threats, by and between Black Hawk
County and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 2009 .
