AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE:
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (112) SAN MARNAN DRIVE
OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (112) SAN MARNAN
DRIVE OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (5a) IRVING STREET TO
SECTION 563, ONE HOUR PARKING; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (179) IRVING STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (179) IRVING STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (112) San Marnan Drive of Section 543, Thru
Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; and that Subsection (112) San Marnan Drive of Section
543, Thru Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
(112) San Marnan Drive Texas Street to West Fourth Street except
for traffic signals at northbound ramp,
southbound ramp, LaPorte Road, Sears,
Penney's, Flammang, Hammond, Highway 21,
and Kimball
That Subsection (5a) Irving Street is hereby added to Section 563,
One Hour Parking, of the 1991 Traffic Code, as follows:
(5a) Irving Street West side in a northerly direction from
Franklin Street
That Subsection (179) Irving Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(179) Irving Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times
on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
(179) Irving Street West side from Glenwood Street to
Franklin Street, except for a one-hour
zone in a northerly direction from
Franklin Street; east side from Franklin
Street to Independence Avenue
