° '=1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Van Wall Turf & Irrigation of Urbandale,
Iowa, in the amount of $177 , 640 . 00 , for the purchase of Five (5)
John Deere TX Turf Gators, Three (3) John Deere Pro Gator Sprayer
Units, Two (2) John Deere Utility Mowers, One (1) John Deere
Fairway Mower and One (1) Buffalo Turbine Blower, described in
the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 2009 .
