AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (129) FOURTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (129) FOURTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (2) FOURTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 571A, NO PARKING 11:00 P.M. TO 5:00
A.M.; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (2) FOURTH STREET (E) OF SECTION
571A, NO PARKING 11:00 P.M. TO 5:00 A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (129) Fourth Street (E) of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(129) Fourth Street (E) of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
West side Franklin to Lime; west side
Parker to Arlington; east side Lime to
Almond; both sides Sumner to Adams; east
side Webster to Donald
(129) Fourth St. (E)
That Subsection (2) Fourth Street (E) of Section 571A, No Parking
11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; and that Subsection (2) Fourth Street (E)
of Section 571A, No Parking 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., of the 1991
Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
