ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 291 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 290, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Ninety-one
(291).
"291.
All of the following described property in Section Twenty
(20), Township Eighty-nine (89), Range Twelve (12), West of
the Fifth (5th) Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa:
The East One-half (E z) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 4); the
West One-half (W 2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 4); the
Northeast Quarter (NE 4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 4) of
the Southwest Quarter (SW 4), except railroad right-of-way and
that part lying Southerly of the railroad right-of-way; the
North One-half (N 2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 4) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE 4), except railroad right-of-way and
that part lying Southerly of railroad right-of-way.
and also;
The West One-half (W 2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ;) of
Section Twenty (20), Township Eighty-nine (89) North, Range
Twelve (12), West of the Fifth (5th) Principal Meridian, in
Black Hawk County, Iowa, except the West One Hundred Ninety-
four and Four Tenths (194.4) feet of the North Thirteen
Hundred Twenty-six and Four Tenths (1326.4) feet thereof; and
the East One and Eighty-one Hundredths (1.81) acres of the
Northeast Quarter (NE 4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township
Eighty-nine (89) North, Range Twelve (12), except the North
Thirteen Hundred Twenty-six and Four Tenths (1326.4) feet
thereof, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District to "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District as
above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
