AN ORDINANCE VACATING EIGHT FOOT UTILITY EASEMENTS
GENERALLY LOCATED ON EITHER SIDE OF THE SOUTHWESTERLY
LINE OF LOT 13, IN RICHLAND PARK, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described utility easements:
Those easements, platted at eight (8) foot wide for utility
and drainage purposes in Lots 13 and 14, Richland Park,
Waterloo, lying Southeasterly of a line and its Southwesterly
extension, which lies 10 feet Southeasterly of and parallel
with the Northwesterly line of said Lot 13, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be andthe same are hereby vacated.
