AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY GENERALLY
LOCATED BETWEEN E. 11TH STREET AND VACATED
UNION STREET, SOUTHERLY OF LAFAYETTE STREET IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
All of the 14 foot alley lying in Block 1, Riverside Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
