ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 292 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 291, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Ninety-two
(292).
"292.
Lots 476 & 477, except highway, Pleasant View Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map pf Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4"
Multiple Family Residence District, as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to tile a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
