AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOWN AS MURPHY ROAD EXTENDING
EASTERLY FROM ALEXANDRA DRIVE APPROXIMATELY
200 FEET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That part of the 66 foot right-of-way known as Murphy Road
1yir,g east of the easterly line of Alexandra Drive and west of
the easterly line of Bobolink Drive extended northerly, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
