AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
ADDING SUBSECTIONS (41a) ENGLEWOOD AVENUE AND
(141a) WILDWOOD ROAD TO SECTION 543, THRU
STREETS; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (49a) CALIFORNIA STREET TO
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (54a) MAXWELL STREET TO
SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsections (41a) Englewood Avenue and (141a) Wildwood Road of
Section 543, Thru Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, are hereby
added as follows:
(41a) Englewood Avenue Falls Avenue to Rock Island Avenue
(141a) Wildwood Road Hammond Avenue to West 9th Street
That Subsection (49a) California Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby added as follows:
(49a) California Street West side in the 400 and 500 blocks
That Subsection (54a) Maxwell Street of Section 553, No Parking
Here to Corner, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby added as
follows:
(54a) Maxwell Street West side in a northerly direction from
Falls Avenue
