n SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2009 ASPHALT
o OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 754 .
o
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F. Y. 2009 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 754 , in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2009 Asphalt
Overlay Program, Contract No. 754 , which were preliminarily
approved on January 20, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
February 9, 2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009 Asphalt Overlay Program,
Contract No. 754 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 2009 .
