DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated February 9, 2009, for Economic
Development Improvements Special Project grant in the amount of
$196, 000 . 00, with no required local match, to be utilized for the
Cedar Valley TechWorks facility, by and between U. S . Department
,of Housing and Urban Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
e and the same is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Community Development
Coordinator be hereby declared the registered Authorized
Organizational Representative (AOR) .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 2009 .
