BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the contract of WBC Mechanical, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, for
"' Installation of Chiller Plant and Upgrade of Air Handling Units
at the Waterloo Center For The Arts, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the
Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 9th day of February, 2009,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance,
be, and the same is hereby approved.
