AGREEMENT WITH CRAIG RITLAND LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
s AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that Amendment #5 to the agreement dated February 9, 2009, for
c additional construction related services at a cost of $48 , 000 . 00
c in conjunction with the F.Y. 2007 Riverloop Exposition Plaza,
, Phase 1, Contract No. 721, by and between Craig Ritland Landscape
°J Architects of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
-and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 2009 .
