SERVICES OF NORTHEAST IOWA, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

C BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated February 9, 2009, to perform alcohol
compliance checks and special event monitoring, by and between
Helping Services of Northeast Iowa, Inc . and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Police Chief authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 2009 .
