UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o that the Memorandum of Understanding dated February 9, 2009, to
allow access across the Cedar Valley Lakes Trail as needed for
flood-related repairs to U. S . 218 bridge over the Cedar River, by
and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
, Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
